Got here @4pm and a couple ahead of me estimated wait was 40min had 3 workers one left so only two then one gets lost for about an 1 and 1/2 not doing nothing with one worker have like 20 on waiting list it’s literally 6 pm and still here

I was very disappointed ,not sure how the bookings work for a hair. I waited a hour and 20 minutes and finally left. It appears its who you know my wait time was 34 min that would not have been bad. Several people that were not on the list walked in talked with a stylist and 5 min later were seated and there names not on the list it was evident they knew each other. My time changed upward three times. Very disappointed.
